医 院 简 介
起于战火纷飞，历经沧桑巨变；积淀红色文化，绽放妇幼新生。贵阳市妇幼保健院、贵阳市儿童医院始建于1938年，前身系“贵阳市立产院”，1951年更名为“贵阳市妇幼保健院”，1993年成立“贵阳市儿童医院”，是全国首批“三级甲等妇幼保健院”“爱婴医院”，是贵州省规模最大、功能最全、设备最先进的融医疗、预防、保健、教学、科研、健康教育为一体的三级甲等妇幼保健院。医院获2023年度贵州省三级妇幼保健机构绩效考核第一名，目前共有两个院区，即“院本部”和“观山湖院区”。
妇孺可贵、幼苗向阳。“院本部”位于贵阳市瑞金南路，环境优美，是“花园式”医院，占地面积70亩，业务用房面积16.5万平方米，开放床位1419张，年门急诊128.8万人次、年分娩量1.22万人次，出院6.76万余人次。医院现有职工2301人，其中专业技术人员2123人，占比92.27%，人才队伍包括博士生导师2人、硕士生导师22人、双博士后1人、省贴专家3人、市管专家9人、二级教授1人、省高层次创新型人才10人（千层次），黔医人才25人，博士（含在读）48人、硕士306人、高级职称292人；15位学科带头人入选市级科技人才专家库。“观山湖院区”位于观山西路，设有儿童保健、儿童康复、孕产保健、生殖中心、中心实验室、产后康复、精子库等重点临床业务，切实将优质医疗资源带到辖区，服务好一方百姓。
立足贵阳、辐射贵州。医院是贵州首家获批“第三代试管婴儿技术”单位，“贵州省人类精子库”建设单位，贵州省首家通过ISO15189医学实验室现场评审的专科医院，中华骨髓库非血缘关系造血干细胞移植合作单位，国家妇幼保健机构中医药示范单位，国家级儿童早期发展示范基地，国家级妇产科和儿科住院医师规范化培训基地，国家级新生儿专科医师规范化培训基地，国家级儿童呼吸内镜培训基地，中国妇幼儿童消化内镜规范化培训基地，中国妇幼保健协会“第二批专科助产士临床培训基地”，贵州省人才培训基地，贵州省医院协会妇幼保健机构管理专业委员会主任委员单位。
专科雄厚、领航贵州。医院在人类辅助生殖、妇幼保健、妇科微创手术、产前筛查和诊断、危重孕产妇/新生儿救治、重症儿童救治、儿童血液净化治疗、儿童造血干细胞移植技术、儿童心脏内/外手术、儿童支气管镜、消化内镜等技术方面处于全省领先地位。医院拥有国家级临床重点专科（儿童重症医学科），国家级妇幼保健特色专科3个（新生儿科、孕产保健科即“孕产期保健特色专科”“孕前保健特色专科”）；省级临床重点学科（儿内科），省级临床重点扶持学科（妇科），省级临床重点扶持专科（产科），省级中医重点专科（中医科），省级临床重点专科13个，省级妇幼保健重点（特色）专科（孕产保健科、儿童保健科、眼科、优生遗传科）；市级临床重点学科6个，市级临床重点专科11个，市级妇幼保健重点（特色）专科2个。儿童消化科、儿童呼吸科获“贵阳市卫生健康局市级优秀临床重点学科称号”。医院拥有贵州省新生儿科专业医疗质量控制中心，以及妇科、产科、新生儿科、儿科、超声诊断、整形美容、人类辅助生殖技术、产前筛查及产前诊断技术、罕见病9个贵阳市质量控制中心。
大医精诚、心系万家。医院严格落实妇幼保健机构四大业务部设置，为广大妇女儿童提供优质、个性、系统的全生命周期健康服务，拓展0-3岁托育期、青春期、生育期、更年期及老年期的医疗、保健、营养、心理等学科范畴，坚持把中医药服务充分融入到妇幼健康服务的每个环节。医院承担了贵州省（贵阳市）危重孕产妇、新生儿救治中心、贵州省产前诊断分中心、贵州省新生儿遗传代谢性疾病筛查分中心、贵阳市新生儿疾病筛查中心、贵阳市病残儿和计划生育手术并发症鉴定中心、贵阳市妇幼健康服务项目管理中心、贵阳市妇幼保健服务信息管理中心、贵阳市健康教育管理中心等妇幼公共卫生职能，在控制孕产妇死亡、保障母婴安全，开展出生缺陷三级预防、提高出生人口素质，开展妇女、儿童疾病预防、保障妇女儿童健康方面发挥着至关重要的作用。
润泽妇幼，天下大同。自2015年起，我院牵头成立贵阳市妇幼保健院妇幼保健专科联盟，成员单位达55家、覆盖全省9个州市；依托PICU、新生儿科、儿童保健、生殖医学、乳腺等优势学科，搭建了覆盖全省的各亚专科联盟：“贵阳市妇幼保健院不孕不育生殖医学专科联盟”“贵阳市妇幼保健院妇幼乳腺专科联盟”“贵阳市妇幼保健院儿童重症专科联盟”“贵阳市妇幼保健院儿童保健专科联盟”“贵阳市妇幼保健院儿童医学专科联盟”。医院是福棠儿童医学发展研究中心（北京儿童医院集团）理事单位、西部儿科发展联盟副理事长单位，形成了“国家级—省级—地市县级”医院三级诊疗网络模式；并持续推进与福棠儿童医学发展研究中心、北京协和医院、重庆儿童医院（西部儿科发展联盟）、复旦大学附属儿科医院、中国妇幼保健协会、广东省心血管病研究所、中南大学湘雅三医院等友好交流合作，进一步提升儿童呼吸科、新生儿科、妇科肿瘤、乳腺科、孕产保健、儿童先心病筛查、远程医疗等方面的管理及诊治能力。

Born amidst the flames of war and tempered through decades of change, our hospital carries a legacy of red culture while blossoming into a new era of maternal and child health. Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, also known as Guiyang Children's Hospital, was established in 1938 as the "Guiyang Municipal Maternity Hospital." In 1951, it was renamed "Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital," and in 1993, the "Guiyang Children's Hospital" was founded. As one of China's first "Grade III-A Maternal and Child Health Hospitals" and a "Baby-Friendly Hospital," it is the largest, most comprehensive, and technologically advanced maternal and child health institution in Guizhou Province, integrating medical care, prevention, healthcare, education, research, and health promotion. The hospital ranked **first in the 2023 Performance Evaluation of Grade III Maternal and Child Health Institutions in Guizhou Province** and currently operates two campuses: the Main Campus and the Guanshanhu Campus.
